Concept and Approach of Knowledge Transfer in InsPeK:
a. Concept of Knowledge Transfer in InsPeK:
i. InsPeK leverages the expertise of UMK academic staff in collaboration with stakeholders for knowledge transfer activities.
ii. InsPeK also adopts the concept of transdisciplinary in the knowledge transfer process, which is implemented in a focused and continuous manner to generate poverty management models. InsPeK does not believe in one-off activities in the knowledge transfer process to selected communities. Instead, InsPeK believes that knowledge transfer processes should be planned for a specific period.
b. Approach to Knowledge Transfer in InsPeK:
i. InsPeK also utilizes a partnership approach between stakeholders based on the principle of 'mutual contribution and collaboration'.
ii. Additionally, both inclusivity and exclusivity approaches are practiced. Inclusivity means that participation in knowledge transfer activities is open to all stakeholders, whether in InsPeK programs or as a strategy to obtain grants from external sources. In contrast, exclusivity involves InsPeK inviting potential collaborators to implement knowledge transfer programs that can be implemented through InsPeK.
